Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vynlio's website building and hosting service operated by Vynlio Ltd ("Vynlio", "we", "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Vynlio provides a monthly subscription service that includes:

• A professionally designed website built for your trade business
• Registration and management of a .co.uk domain name
• Website hosting on a global CDN with HTTPS/SSL
• Monthly content review updates

2. Subscription and payment

The subscription fee is £39 per month including VAT, billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.

We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your site remains live until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

To cancel, email hello@vynlio.com or use the cancellation option in your customer portal.

4. Domain name

We register your .co.uk domain name on your behalf as part of the subscription. The domain is registered in your business name. If you cancel, we will transfer the domain to you at no additional charge within 14 days of your subscription ending.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you provide (photos, descriptions, logos). You grant Vynlio a licence to use this content to operate and improve your website. You warrant that you have the right to provide this content.

We may use publicly available information about your business (reviews, business listings, publicly listed contact details) to populate your website. You can request corrections at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Vynlio service to:

• Publish false or misleading business information
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Violate any UK law or regulation
• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications from your website

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vynlio's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
